Code 247 Foundation at a Glance
Code 247 Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting coding skills, blockchain (DLT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Robotics among African youth, with a specific focus on Nigeria. The foundation comprises certified tech experts from different parts of African countries who are passionate about helping young people acquire the necessary coding ideas and skills needed to thrive in today's fast-paced technological landscape. One of the main goals of the Code 247 Foundation is to empower young people to become active participants in the growing digital economy. By training and providing them with resources on blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI), the foundation aims to equip young Africans with the skills needed to create innovative solutions to pressing challenges faced by their communities. With these skills, young people will be able to play a key role in driving economic growth and development across Africa.
Since our inception in 2020, we have taken significant strides towards achieving our mission of raising over 1 Million Smart Contract Developers by 2030. Our efforts have resulted in onboarding over 1649 youths into the blockchain space, providing them with technical skills and knowledge, and most recently, we awarded 500 youths a fully-funded scholarship to Althash University for a comprehensive 2-month certification program in blockchain technology.
In addition to providing training and resources, the Code 247 Foundation is also committed to promoting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SDGs which are set of 17 global goals aimed at ending poverty, protecting the planet, and ensuring peace and prosperity for all. The foundation is strongly committed to promoting SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), to create a more sustainable future for young people in Africa.

Mentorship Programs
The foundation offers mentorship programs for young coders, connecting them with experienced tech experts who can provide guidance and support as they develop their skills. These mentorship programs help young coders to build networks and establish connections that can be valuable throughout their careers.
Coding Workshops
The foundation conducts coding workshops for young people in Nigeria and other African countries. These workshops provide hands-on training in coding and blockchain technology, giving young people the opportunity to apply their newfound skills in a practical setting.
Community Engagement:
The foundation is committed to engaging with communities across Africa to build awareness of the importance of coding and blockchain technology. Global Innovation Program is a flagship initiative of Code 247 Foundation, created to nurture startups and empower innovators with the tools, expertise, and networks required to thrive in today’s competitive technology landscape.
Startups fill out the online application form provided by Code 247 Foundation, highlighting their team, idea, stage, and problem they are solving.
Applications are reviewed against the program’s criteria, focusing on innovation, technical potential, and real-world impact.
Selected teams present their ideas to a panel of experts who assess technical feasibility, market readiness, and alignment with GIP objectives.
Successful startups are officially admitted into the 3–6 month incubation program and onboarded into the Code 247 Foundation ecosystem.

What are the basic requirements needed to join this blockchain training?

It is a 2-day training tailored to equip you with an in-depth understanding of Blockchain Technology and its implementations to enable you develop Blockchain Apps.
After the 2-day training C2F engage his community members regularly through monthly online worksho where youths are further trained on fundamental technical skills on smart contract development which they can build upon over time and become professional Smart Contract Developer (SCD) in other to build a solution for Africa and the world at large. The training is delivered online/physical with a live coding and interactive sessions with experts across the globe. -
